What does a life coach actually do?

A life coach helps you identify and break through the internal blocks that are holding you back – whether it’s self-doubt, lack of clarity, fear of failure, or misalignment in your life or work.
Together, we build a clear vision and a custom strategy based on your specific goals, identity, and mindset patterns. This is a results-focused, one-to-one partnership built around you.

 

How much does life coaching cost?

The investment depends on the level of support and duration of our work together. Some clients work with me for a few months to move through a specific block, while others continue long-term for ongoing clarity and momentum. My programmes typically cost upwards of £1,000 with flexible payment options.

Do your sessions produce guaranteed results?

Real coaching produces real results and that’s what this work is designed for.
That said, your outcome depends on your commitment. If you show up fully and do the work, the breakthroughs will follow. (You can read what past clients have said in the results section)

Which programme is right for me?

We’ll work that out together.
Some people prefer a focused short-term package; others continue longer for deeper support and accountability. Our first session will clarify what’s most useful for your situation, goals, and pace of change.

 

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and emotional wounds. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused – it’s about helping you take action, change unhelpful patterns, and build the mindset, habits, and identity that align with your goals.
We might touch on your past to understand your patterns, but our work is about moving you forward.

 

Do I need to have a big problem to work with a coach?

Not at all. Many of my clients are doing “well” on paper – but feel stuck, unclear, or like they’re not living in alignment with who they really are.
Coaching isn’t about crisis; it’s about optimisation, clarity, and transformation. If you feel like there’s more for you, coaching can help you get there faster.

 

Is this just mindset work or will we take action too?

Both. We go deep into mindset, emotional patterns, and identity – but that’s never where it stops.
You’ll leave every session with insight and clear action steps that move you forward. This isn’t just about thinking better; it’s about living better.
